♨️Sam Bronkesh testimony coupled with Gaza, a holocaust survivor of Poland. I lived in a mostly Jewish town near Lublin, the second largest city to Poland. I traded calves and milking cows for the farms to the city. All the farmers in the surrounding towns brought their cows, chicken, eggs, everything they produced was brought to Lublin to buy and sell. I was 29 years old when the Germans came to town. They took away the whole town of 2,000 Jewish people. I was taken with my family of 9 to the concentration camp to work for the railroad and the German airfield. After the first selection I saw they are bringing people to kill and they will kill me too I decided to run away to the woods. I came back to the concentration camp to get my two brothers with me and they brough a dozen boys with them, we started a group. We got contacted by the Russian partisans and they gave me orders for bridges to blow up and railroads to blow up. We became groups of hundreds of Jewish partisans living in the forest. I was the leader of 5 groups. When the Germans liquidated the ghetto they surrounded the town with hundreds of soldiers, it was impossible to fight against tanks with hundreds of soldiers. We fight like bandits, we fight for 20 minutes and run away 40 kilometers that they will never find us. When Lublin was liberated we were the only men there to act as the policeman, we stayed in Lublin 1 year. Me and my brothers all became policeman. Later we went to our home town and I opened a restaurant together with my brothers. After the war anyone from the Zionist youth who wanted to go to Palestine and he didn't have the money I always gave the money, I sent many many people to Palestine.
