The Starvation siege in Gaza is bearing most heavily and many reports of death by hunger. The final months of 2025 thousands of prisoners were exchanged for the Israeli prisoners of war as the starvation siege continued and waves of assassinations of Gaza's journalist, medical workers and other significant members of society. Operation True promise 4 comes March 2026. As we compile the data from Operation True Promise 4 from the past 24 hours since its initiation there are 200 anti-satellite missiles which struck in one wave near simultaneously upon skyscrapers and bases which were Israeli military infrastructure.
