Quran 2:185 Ramadan is the month the Quran was sent for guiding and judging between right and wrong If you are healthy and home during that month spend it on fasting God does not want fasting to be a difficulty for you he wants you to practice perfection as though through it you feel thankfulness

Quran 2:186 God is close to people and listens to the
prayer of every supplicant who calls to God Let them also with a will listen to
the call of God and believe in God that they will walk the right way
When you pray God is closely listening
When praying think not that you are speaking but that you are being heard
Silence always responds in prayer because it is self-reflection in the presence
of God

Quran 2:187 On the nights of fasting have sex with your
wives They are garments You are garments of your wife Until the white thread of
dawn appears distinct from black thread eat drink then complete your fasting
until the night appears If you are in the mosques don’t have sex with your
wife, approach not at night thereto her A sign to men of a clear limit
Sex on nights of Ramadan has a reward

peacemaking

Avoid purchasing injustice
Avoid stealing from others for your sustenance
Honor the privacy of the people whose home you enter
