التحرر من الظلم. نحن بحاجة للسيطرة على السجن

 

كل الحروب يجب أن تنتهي في وقت ما. لأن الناس يريدون أن يكونوا سعداء كل يوم. يعود جميع الجنود إلى ديارهم عندما تنتهي الحرب.

نحن بحاجة إلى التحرر من الظلم. نحن بحاجة للسيطرة العامة الكاملة على السجن ونظام العدالة.

كأن هناك حرب تستخدم من أجل العدالة. الحرب ليست عدالة. الحرب ليست نظام عدالة. لا يمكننا الاستمرار في استخدام الحرب من أجل العدالة. نحن بحاجة إلى إنشاء نظام عدالة حقيقي. لكي يشعر الجميع بالأمان مع نظام العدالة هذا. يحتاج نظام العدالة إلى تمثيل جميع الناس. يحتاج كل الناس للسيطرة على نظام العدالة هذا. مزيد من التحكم. يجب أن يخضع ممثلو النظام القضائي للقانون. نحن بحاجة إلى أن نكون قادرين على تقديمهم للعدالة. نظام العدالة ليس لعدد قليل من الناس للسيطرة عليه. يحتاج كل الناس إلى إخراج العدالة من نظام العدالة. للسيطرة العامة على السجن ، عليك أن ترى كل شخص يدخل السجن ويخرج منه. يحتاج الجمهور للوصول إلى تلك المعلومات.

All wars have to end at some time.  Because the people want to be happy every day.  All soldiers go home when the war ends.  

We need freedom from injustice.  We need public full control over the jail and the justice system.  

Its like there is a war being used for justice.  War is not justice.  War is not a justice system.  We cannot continue to use the war for justice.  We need to make a true justice system.  For everyone to feel safe with that justice system.  The justice system needs to represent all of the people.  All of the people need to have control over that justice system.  More control.  The representatives of the justice system need to be under the law.  We need to be able to hold them to justice.  The justice system is not for a small number of people to take control of him.  All of the people need to get justice out of the justice system.  To get public control of the jail you need to see every person who goes in and out of the jail.  The public needs to have access to that information.  The public needs to see everyone going in and everyone going out of the jail.  And they need to know the case material showing why this person has been brought to jail.  This is very necessary.  Because the agreement with society is that you have the law and every person you take off the streets is under the law.  When you take him you must show you are using the law.  You need to show that.  The people who are exerting the top down power in the justice system cannot place himself outside the law.  Must apply law fairly to everyone.  We need to be able to access them.  To bring the judges under the law when needed.  There must be laws written to make it easy to make judges accountable for breaking laws.  

To have freedom from injustice we can't put people in jail for everything they do wrong.  You need to know the purpose of the jail.  The purpose of the jail is for safety.  For the public welfare.  When you go around and start putting the whole public in jail this is not working for the public welfare.  No one should be in jail for a non-violent offense.  Because you don't need to take someone off the streets unless he is violent.  The jail does not solve all the problems.   You don't solve the country's problems by putting the whole country in jail.   There are many different problems that the jail is being used for.  We need to start working on those problems in a normal and true way.  Stop being so hard with the people.  You are taking away freedom.  You are making a great injustice.
