يشارك كل قائد بعمق في الاستخدام الأمثل للوحدات تحت القيادة. عندما تكون سياسيًا ، فإن مثل هذه النظريات أقرب إلى التواضع تجاه النزاهة الفعلية في النظام. لأنه عندما تكون سياسيًا ، فإن الأوامر المباشرة تأتي فقط بمبالغ مالية. والمال هو أحد الأصول السائلة بقوة. على سبيل المثال ، إذا اشترى السياسي طاعة المرؤوسين نحو التعاون في هدف ما ، ويجب أن يتم ذلك حتى في حكومات الموالين ، في محاولة للحفاظ على حافز الامتثال. قد يكون المرؤوسون حريصين للغاية على استثمار أموال الأصول السائلة هذه في شيء قد يخسر عليهم المزيد من تدفق الثروة.

إن اختفاء مجتمع "الطبقة الوسطى" مع صعود سوق الأوراق المالية والاحتياطي المصرفي الجزئي هو نتاج تلك العربدة من الممارسات غير المنظمة في التجارة. لن يتم عمل الديكتاتوريين أبدًا ، في هذا النظام ، لن يرتاح الطاغية ، حيث سيبحث الآخرون بلا توقف عن طرق يمكنهم من خلالها إخراج شيء ما لأنفسهم من العرض. هذه السياسات ليست سلسلة قيادة حقيقية ، إنها أكثر من مرتبة وملف التطفل. إن خوف السياسي من أبناء الأمة هو سبب إرادتهم لتحقيق العدالة بمجرد أن يضرب التفكير في السلطة السياسية الرسمية والعملاء الذين سبقوها على نفسهم مثل مادة مخدرة قوية. وكما ينبغي أن يكون ، فإن السياسي بالكاد قادر على الاستفادة من المنصب ، لأن السلطة الرسمية أقوى في الاستفادة من السياسي.

في بعض الدول ، تكفي القوة الأحادية للمسؤول لتحريك القرارات ضد المقاومة الهائلة ومعارضة العديد من الدول الأخرى. مثل ما إذا كان يمكن سحب صافي ربح محلي كبير نيابة عنه. في العراق ، لم يكن نوري المالكي ، حفيد وزير التعليم لصدام حسين ، قادرًا على اتخاذ قرارات في التشريع والسياسة ضد أعداد كبيرة من السكان في البلاد فحسب ، بل قام أيضًا من مصدر واحد بالاستفادة من رفض الاستقالة من منصبه.

في الجيش ، تعتبر الرتب آلية. في التجارة ، الأعمال هي الآلية. ولكن عندما يتم استبدال المال بالآلية ، يكون لديك شيء سائل للغاية بحيث يكون سلوكه الوحيد في قوة القوة هو التورنت ، ولا يمكنه تطبيق نفسه بأي طريقة أخرى. لهذا السبب عندما يتحدث المرء عن الجيش ، فإنهم يشيرون إلى الدولة القومية. وعندما يناقش شخص ما المتعاقدين العسكريين ، فإنهم يشيرون إلى المسؤوليات القانونية للحكومة عن سوء السلوك والاحتيال. لا يتوقع المجتمع أن تعمل القوة السائلة الغزيرة على تشغيل البنية التحتية الوطنية ، فهم يتوقعون آليات متطورة.

في سوريا ، نريد أن يكون الجيش السوري الحر والائتلاف الوطني من جانب واحد قوة دولة ذات سيادة. ولكن في الواقع ، فإن بعض الكتائب تقوم بمهام أحادية الجانب ، وتمول من قبل أجانب أحادي الجانب. ها هي القوة السائلة القوية للمال التي تحاول أن تحل محل آلية الرتبة الحقيقية للجيش. انها مجرد السيول. يتدفق ، أو يخفف. ليست الروابط الاجتماعية مع أجزاء أخرى من المجتمع هي التي يمكن أن تعتمد جهودنا على النمو! ليس لديه أي تطور في التصميم ، إنه المال ، إنه القوة الأكثر سيولة التي تمارس على أي نظام. لا توجد أمة واحدة على هذا الكوكب يقود جيشها الوطني نظامًا عقائديًا ميكانيكيًا للمعركة. كل شخص جرب هذه الطريقة أصبح وعرضًا للنضال ضد أن تستهلكه نتائج التطفل الخاص به ، وبالتالي ، فإن عمل الديكتاتوريين لا ينتهي أبدًا.

Each commander is deeply involved in making optimal use of the units under command.  When you are a politician, such theories are nearer to humility toward ones actual integrity in the system.  Because when you are a politician, direct orders come only with money amounts.  And money is a powerfully liquid asset.  For example, if the politician will purchase the obedience of subordinates toward cooperation in some goal, and this must be done even in the governments of loyalists, in an attempt to preserve incentive for compliance.  This liquid asset money the subordinates may be so scrupulous to invest in something which might loose down upon them more streaming of the wealth supply.  The disappearance of “middle class” society with the rise of the stock market and fractional reserve banking is a product of that orgy of unregulated practices in commerce.  The dictators work will never be done, in that system, the tyrant shall have no rest, as ceaselessly others will search for paths through which to siphon something for their self out of the supply.  These politics are not a true command chain, this is moreso the rank and file of parasitism.  The politican’s fear of the people of the nation is the reason for their will to do justice once the thought of official political power and the agents who predate it hits their psyche like a potent narcotic.  And as it should be, the politician is hardly able to make use of the office, because the officialdom is stronger in making use of the politician.

In some nations, the unilateral power of the official is enough to drive decisions against huge resistance and opposition of many others.  Such as if a large domestic net of profit can be drawn on its behalf.  In Iraq, Saddam Hussein’s educational minister’s grandson, Nouri al-Maliki not only was able to drive decisions in legislation and policy against mass population of the nation, but also he has from some source unilaterally leveraged a refusal to resign from office.

In the military the ranks are a machinism.  In commerce, businesses are the machinism.  But where money is substituted for mechanism, you have something so liquid that in force of power its only behavior is to torrent, and it cannot apply itself in any other way.  This is why when a person talks about military, they refer to nation-statehood.  And when a person discusses military contractors, they refer to legal liabilities of the government for misconduct and fraud.  A society does not expect torrential liquid force to operate national infrastructure, they expect sophisticated machinisms. 

In Syria, we want the Free Syrian army and the National coalition to be unilaterally a force of sovereign state.  But in fact, some battalions are in unilateral missions pursuits, and funded by unilaterally-minded foreigners.  Here is the powerful liquid force of money trying to be substituted for the real rank machinism of military.  It is just torrents.  It flows, or it attenuates.  It is not social ties with other parts of the community which our efforts can depend on for growth!  It doesn’t have any sophistication of design, it is money, it is the most liquid force to exert on any system.  There is not a single nation on this planet that has its national army command a money-mechanized doctrinal order of battle.  Every single one that had tried this method became and exhibit of the struggle against being consumed by the results of its own parasitism, and hence, the dictators work is never done.
