Trumps fixation on Gaza is irrational and the ceasefire is likely to resume soon.  Because it is the only logical thing based in reality.  The israelis want the prisoners of war, not netanyahu. Netanyahu is not going to waste his new bomb packages on Gaza.  He needs power economically over iran whom he fears, existentially.  Netanyahu has one bomber fleet and one command center.  Netanyahu won't send the drone fleets to Gaza when he is struggling to control Beirut and Damascus.  Make no doubt that Netanyahu fears Beirut and Damascus existentially.What was netanyahu doing in the west bank all month?  Bullying helpless people. No one ever battled back because there is no threat there.  That means netanyahu is doing this has no ability to occupy any place for any amount of time. Netanyahu is the wizard of oz pretending he has a big army when its all drones.  Pretending he is fighting danger when no one ever fought back.  Saying he will take over more land when all israelis still have a date with the justice at the Hague.
