War Crime to withhold relief after a natural disaster

We should recognize it as a War Crime to withhold relief after a natural disaster.  It truly is a War Crime.  Because you have international actors using political reasons to deny a humanitarian response to people.  And using politics to deny humanitarian responses. 

The earthquake started in the East Anatolian Fault Line.  It was 20 miles west of Gaziantep at four o’clock in the morning February 6, 2023. The rupture was twenty-five kilometers below the surface of the ground.  The rupture was two-hundred kilometers long and twenty-five kilometers wide.  The earthquake traveled south to Syria along the Dead Sea Transform Fault System.  The Richter Scale Magnitude was 7.8.  This is equal to the Mercalli Intensity of nine and represents a Violent Intensity.  The strongest and well-designed buildings will have structure damage.  There will be partial collapse in substantial buildings.  The houses will be shifted off of their concrete foundations.  The soil underground will lose its stiffness and become soft like sand.  Underground pipes are broken.  All people in the area will feel the vibrations of the ground. 

If the Mercalli intensity goes higher than nine it can make fissures in the ground, destroy railroads, destroy bridges, and few structures would have remained standing. We know from reports and video evidence that there are in fact fissures in the ground.  The ground was ripped open by the shockwaves.  The epicenter was near total destruction.  This is how we know the Mercalli intensity was extreme and beyond the level nine violent intensity in places.  Thousands upon thousands of structures collapsed. There were hundreds of aftershocks for days after with richter scale of greater than four.  Structures continued to collapse from the aftershocks.  There was talk in the English language news broadcasting that the structures were not strong enough.  This is completely wrong.  This was extreme intensity earthquake, if it had been any stronger it would have thrown objects directly up into the air. 

On Thursday February 9 there are sixteen thousand deaths counted in Turkey and four thousand deaths counted in Syria.  This is three killed in Turkey for every one killed in Turkey. 

 

There was advanced knowledge that there could be a big seismic activity on the day of February 6.  The Geological Survey predicted that there was a big probabily because of the planetary and lunar geometery and because there were atmospheric disturbances over parts of the atmosphere it would increase the risk of seismic activity in those areas.  Because of the constellation and because of the two lunar peaks combined with atmosphereic disturbances several prediction models were generated.  There was two lunar peaks and there was a full moon which greatly contributed to the risk for violent seismic activity. 

For the first week of February there was a prediction model putting the dead sea fault line at great risk for violent seismic activity and this based on atmospheric disturbances which were acting there.  There was a second model for the first week of February that put Afghanistan and Asia at risk for seismic activity because of the atmospheric disturbances that would make it high risk when the planetary and lunar geometry was in this conjuction. 

It’s a shame I did not know this sooner.  How could I expect that I would have to know this kind of information before the natural disaster.  Why don’t governments know about Space Weather? 

There is a big and completely political collusion working against the people of northwest Syria.  They are using political words such as
“rebels” and “ungoverned space”; politics.  To deny human rights.  To collude against the human rights of the people who are citizens of Syria.  The people of north west Syria have citizenship.  No one can take that away from them.  And they have the right to immigrate and change their citizenship status.  That is what is being colluded against. 

The united nations is responsible for the humanitarian coordination and outreach.  They are the lifeline.  They are the ones who were charged with the duty.  At this time they are saying that they have trucks loaded and ready to go.  At Bab al-Salam and Sarmada.  They are waiting for a phone call from the Turkish government to say its okay to go through Bab al-Salam and Sarmada to reach Syria.  They have airplanes in Dubai ready to takeoff for the Damascus airport to do a cross-line convoy from government territory to Northwest Syria and they are waiting for paperwork from the Damascus government.  They claim this is because Damascus holds the Sovereignty of Syria that they must get authorization.  They are withholding humanitarian response so they can wait for phone calls and paperwork. 

 

The united nations said they are afraid to land an airplane in north west Syria.  They said they are full of fear to land an airplane in northwest syria.  This is entirely preposterous.  It is an indignity towards the people of northwest Syria who have Syrian citizenship. 

To wait for paperwork and calls because Erdogan and Assad are the sole benefactors of the sovereignty of Syria. Do you think they have the exclusive right of sovereignty.  Do you think that sovereignty and the people of north west Syria are incompatible?  The people of north west Syria are citizens of Syria.  Do you think that sovereignty and citizenship can be taken away from the people because they are displaced from their houses?

The united kingdom and the united states are completely controlling and funding the humanitarian response via the White Helmets.  They are providing monetary assistance immediately.  They said the logistics of rescue equipment and supplies is a separate endeavor which will take much longer time to provide. 

This is an act of violence against the people of north west Syria is unconscionable.  Natural disaster does not justify the loss of humanity.  Salqin is the most damaged city and all surrounding townships were very damaged.  Jindares is eighty percent destroyed.  One third of Aleppo has structural damage.  Aleppo has two million people.     

The final response at the end of the day from the united nations was that they are working all the governments to get additional entry points into northwest Syria.

There was a spark of hope from the united nations one day after the earthquake struck because they had simultaneously finished with the investigation of a chemical weapon attack in syria.  The investigation concluded that the Assad government carried out the 2018 chemical weapon attack in Douma, Syria.  The Syrian government continues to be in violation of their obligations under the prohibition of use of chemical weapons of mass destruction.

God help the people of Syria against this depraved and heinous attack on the human rights of the people of north west Syria.  This collusion and use of politics against human rights.
