لا شك في أن الأسد ودمشق يموتان إذا لم تحميه روسيا. منعت دمشق الناس من الخروج من المدينة. دمشق تجبر الناس على القتال في جيشه. هذا يجعل الحياة صعبة للغاية. لا يحب الرجال والعائلة الحياة في دمشق. لكنهم لا يستطيعون الخروج. واجه الأسد صعوبة في حمل الناس على القتال من أجله. لم تحمي دمشق نفسها من الجيش السوري الحر. كان بحاجة إلى حزب الله ليأتي ويحميه. لقد احتاج إلى إيران وروسيا لتأتي لحمايته. الآن روسيا مشغولة للغاية.

There is no question that the assad and the damascus dies if Russia does not protect him.  Damascus stopped people from going out of the city.  Damascus forces people to fight in his army.  This is making life very hard.  The men and the family don't like the life in Damascus.  But they cannot go out.  Assad had a hard time getting people to fight for him. Damascus did not protect himself from the free syrian army.  He needed Hezbollah to come and protect him.  He needed Iran and Russia to come protect him. Now Russia is very busy.  

Oil is the most dangerous thing about all the country and the government.  The gas in Syria.  There is gas in Syria in the center of the country.  In the North East Syria there is very much oil.  North Iraq has oil.  They have a big borderland with Turkey.  Americans came to Iraq for oil.  Next Americans came to Syria.  They said the American war campaign in Syria is for stopping isis.  The Americans did go and take the oil.  Now Russia is very busy in Europe.  Turkey is talking about a new fight.  And using men and soldiers to attack Kurdish people and the PKK.  Turkey is naming a person a terrorist.  Saying with this one word he can take all the human rights from a person.  And to make him disappear.  The only problem with the scenario is that the kurds have the oil.  

Europe is getting very much gas from Russia.  Ukraine is an important place for Russia.  Russia has gas pipelines into Europe that goes through the country of Ukraine.  Ukraine has oil in the north east of the country.  This is the place where Russia invaded.  The land where all the oil is, on the northeast of the country Ukraine.  

Russia has big companies that control all the gas in the country.  Rosneft and Gasprom are the most powerful business in Russia.  Rosneft has 40% of the oil of Russia.  Gasprom is controlling 12% of the world's natural gas supply.  Russia has 6 big gas pipelines going to Europe.  There is a pipeline into Germany.  There is a pipeline in the sea north from Germany.  There is a pipeline to Belarus.  There is a pipeline going through Ukraine into Europe named Novopskov.  Last month Ukraine stopped the pipeline taking gas from Russia through Ukraine to the destination of Europe.  30% of the gas supply to all of Europe is from the Novopskov pipeline.  This pipeline stopped last month in May because of the war in Ukraine.  The war in Ukraine is now going 4 months.  

The news in the start of the war very much said that Russia is quickly attacking the gas facilities, airfields, and healthcare facilities.  Day one on Februar 24, 2022. Russia attacked the hospitals, clinics, maternity ward, nursing home, blood bank.  All healthcare sites.  Russia quickly attacked these places to stop anyone from working there and to move everyone out.  If you need this you have to go out.  You cannot stay there.      

In the English language news at the start of the war they were talking very much about Russia taking the capital kiev in 3 days. I was thinking,  who wants to take a capital city within 3 days.  This is not normal.  Russia knows very much about war and likes doing long wars.  You cannot finish a war in 3 days unless you do something very big and bad.  I am afraid of what they might do.    Thank God he did not do anything to finish before 3 days.  It is now 4 months later.  It took 4 months to do what he is doing. 

It is important that Russia has gas pipeline through Ukraine.  And Russia has a gas pipeline in the black sea.  Gasprom is holding 12% of the world's natural gas supply and Europe is taking more than half of his gas from Russia. This company is very very very dangerous.  

All of the oil company are very dangerous.  We cannot talk about him.  We cannot fight him.  

What is important to the people of Syria.  A safe home, justice in the law, and food.  The oil company are attacking us on this.  I am afraid the governments want to fight about the oil again.  America has control of the oil in Syria and Iraq.  Turkey is maybe wanting this.  

Truely, the oil is for the people of the country.  For food, for homes, for a beautiful life. We can only ask America please give us money for food.  Let us live a normal life.   We want homes.  

We need to know how dangerous the gas is.  How important the gas is for money and for the country.  Why the governments will fight about the gas.  The government thinks it will use your husband, brother, and father.  Our men to fight for this.  The government will say to our men; "If you need money to live, you need money for food, you need money for your life.  You need to work in the army."

They are going to tell us go fight over here.  And the fight is going to be because of the oil.  

They are doing this in world war one.  They did this in world war two.  We are living in a new world now.  

We are living in a new world.  We have very many things.  We are smart.

كل الحروب يجب أن تنتهي في وقت ما. لأن الناس يريدون أن يكونوا سعداء كل يوم. يعود جميع الجنود إلى ديارهم عندما تنتهي الحرب.

All wars have to end at some time.  Because the people want to be happy every day.  All soldiers go home when the war ends.  

We need freedom from injustice.  We need public full control over the jail and the justice system.  

Its like there is a war being used for justice.  War is not justice.  War is not a justice system.  We cannot continue to use the war for justice.  We need to make a true justice system.  For everyone to feel safe with that justice system.  The justice system needs to represent all of the people.  All of the people need to have control over that justice system.  More control.  The representatives of the justice system need to be under the law.  We need to be able to hold them to justice.  The justice system is not for a small number of people to take control of him.  All of the people need to get justice out of the justice system.  To get public control of the jail you need to see every person who goes in and out of the jail.  The public needs to have access to that information.  The public needs to see everyone going in and everyone going out of the jail.  And they need to know the case material showing why this person has been brought to jail.  This is very necessary.  Because the agreement with society is that you have the law and every person you take off the streets is under the law.  When you take him you must show you are using the law.  You need to show that.  The people who are exerting the top down power in the justice system cannot place himself outside the law.  Must apply law fairly to everyone.  We need to be able to access them.  To bring the judges under the law when needed.  There must be laws written to make it easy to make judges accountable for breaking laws.  

To have freedom from injustice we can't put people in jail for everything they do wrong.  You need to know the purpose of the jail.  The purpose of the jail is for safety.  For the public welfare.  When you go around and start putting the whole public in jail this is not working for the public welfare.  No one should be in jail for a non-violent offense.  Because you don't need to take someone off the streets unless he is violent.  The jail does not solve all the problems.   You don't solve the country's problems by putting the whole country in jail.   There are many different problems that the jail is being used for.  We need to start working on those problems in a normal and true way.  Stop being so hard with the people.  You are taking away freedom.  You are making a great injustice.

2. We need money.

The people need to have control of the government.  The government has a conflict of interest.  The government is competing among other country.  The power in the world is from the beautiful things in life.  The food and medicine.  The beautiful things.  This is valuable.  All of these things come from people.  The building of the government it has an interest in power and competition with other country of the world.  Having a balance in the world and justice in the world is needed for all country.  You care about the welfare of the people of the world.  

This world is made for life.  You need to be safe on the land.  Your head is made for two things.  To know what is happening in the environment.  To know what happens next.  There is no secrets.  No surprise.  No lies.  

The government represents all the people in the country.  The world thinks the government must represent all the people of the country.  Sovereignty.  The government has legitimacy over the people of the country.  

The history of corruption in government.  When the government does not represent all of the people. There must be re-election of the representative in office every two years.  New person in the government every two years.  How can you have one person represent the whole country all the time.  This is not the truth.  All the country people participate in the government.  

Justice.  Look at the body and look at the children.  Pleasure and pain is how the body tells you what is justice and what is attacking life.  Do not use excessive force on people.  It is not needed to hurt people.  The law does not need to be hard on the people.  When you write the law think of the children.  

Corruption in the government is connected to not having enough resources in the country.  Life is hard in the country.  Corruption is where the government takes everything for himself.  Not caring about other people.  

Oil and gasoline belong to the country.  The government who steals the wealth of the nations resources for himself will impoverish and kill the country.  The oil and gasoline give big energy to the world.  For transportation, for travel, for machines.  We must write law that looks at how important the oil and gasoline truly are in the country.  

There is financial warfare and conventional war are used in Syria.  There is no mercy for Syria.  Have Mercy on Syria.  Stop attacking the life of the people.  The people are the life of the country.  Give the power back to the people.  There is a financial war.  We need the united states to stop the financial war on the territory of Free Syria.  Give us 10 billion dollars.  There is a legal precedent of america doing trade cooperation with genocidal regimes like china.  We need to have the money here in Syria.  Any country who is merciless with the people of the territory of Free Syria must stop.  Send us money.

Any jewish person who had a small buisness was prohibited from opening his store. 1941 a big number of jewish family was taken from every city in a truck and transported in train cars to a work camp. The jewish family did not know that he would be killed after he was taken from his home. The jewish people did not know they were being taken to a death camp. The jewish family in Netherland said because they are dutch they will not be taken to the work camp. The next week the dutch government surrendered to the german army. 180,000 jewish people in the netherlands were taken from their home and killed. The jewish family in the netherlands said nothing bad will happen to us. The jewish people is prohibited from travel on public transportation. Each country invaded by the german army began to organize the taking of large groups of people from every city to a labor camp. 1940 the german army went to each city to take anyone with a family history of the jewish religion. If a house is hiding a jewish person it was search and the jewish person was taken to the death camp. If the person does not stop hiding the jewish person the police will take all of the family in the house to a death camp.The schools were closed and became barracks for the national army. The german security forces work on every street of the city to put any family with history of the jewish religion into a truck. The trucks were taken to a train station. The people were put onto cattle cars. 5,000 people on two different trains. During the long train travel the people began to die. 50% died. In some of the city the jewish family was told to walk for many days and do not stop. Any person who fell down on the ground or stopped walking was immediately killed with a rifle. Four thousand people died when traveling. At the end of the journey two thousand people reached the camp. At the camp all hair was shaved from the head and clothes given to make the people feel cold all day. The persons not strong for working were separated and taken to a gas chamber to be killed. The dead body were taken outside and burned. The food was water soup and people died every day from starvation. Every morning the prisoner was inspected. If he was injured and can not work he was sent to be killed by gunshot. Any person who is not strong enough to work today is killed. they were given water soup to eat every day and starved to death. the bed was many people together sleeping on bare wood in a cold room. Prohibited from going to the bathroom until the scheduled time. Tortured and beaten to death every day. Everyday there was mass execution by firing squad and the body were put in a mass grave . Most of the german people did not know this will happen to them when they are taken away from their home. If anyone is helping any jewish person or does not like the president he is taken to the death camp. This happened in europe from 1938 to the year 1945.

ماذا لو جاء أحدهم إلى باب منزلي وأراد أن يضعني في السجن؟ هل هذه عدالة؟ ماذا لو اعتقدت أنه ليس من العدل أن أذهب إلى السجن ولا أريد أن أذهب. لماذا يجبرني أحد على الذهاب إلى مركز احتجاز؟ من يظن أنه يجب أن يأتي إلى باب منزلي ويضعني في السجن.؟ من له الحق في مهاجمتي في منزلي إذا لم أرغب في الذهاب إلى السجن أو قتلي في منزلي؟ ……. إذا آذيت حياتي ، فهل هذا لأنني آذيت حياة أشخاص آخرين.؟ من سيكون القاضي؟

في بعض البلدان ، اسم هذا هو مذكرة توقيف. إذا كتب القاضي مذكرة توقيف لإيذائي وإيذاء حياتي بزجني في السجن وحرمانني من حرية الحياة والسعي وراء السعادة ، فهل هذا لأنني حرمت شخصًا آخر من حرية الحياة والسعي وراء السعادة؟ إذا قام القاضي بكتابة مذكرة إعدام ، فهل هذا لأنني قتلت شخصًا آخر؟

Let us be Free

Who is going to put the whole country in jail?  Why would they need to do that?

It is the power of one life over another person’s life. 

It is natural that a person would want to have power over another person because you learn this from your father and mother.

The father and the mother are the start of every life.  Why do you need a government to have the power to start and stop your life?  A government can never say it will start a life because God never gave the power to be a father to a government.  God never gave the power to be a mother to a government.  The power to make a new life belongs to the father and mother.

Why should any person go to my father and mother and say that this power which belongs to them will be stopped from living here on this land.  God never said do not have conceive children on this land because you do not have the property rights.  It is your power to bring new life to this land because God said.  It is an injustice to take a power that naturally belongs to fathers and mothers and inflict punishments upon it. 

Why would you take away from the father and the mother the power over the child’s life?  Why does a government need to have power over the life of the child more than the father and the mother? 

Why should my father and mother ever kill me?  This world is made for life.  Pleasure and sex is made for life.  Why should a man and a women enjoy sex which produces a new life and turn to it and say, don’t live.?

  

A city is a land with many people living together.  Should a city have justice? 

If I do something wrong.  Should I be killed for it? 

Why do you need to put me in jail?

What if someone comes to my door and wants to put me in jail?  Is this justice?  What if I think its not justice for me to go to jail and I don’t want to go.  Why should someone force me to go to a detention center?  Who would think that it is needed to come to my door and put me in a jail.?  Who has the right to attack me in my home if I don’t want to go to jail or kill me in my home? ……. If you hurt my life, is that because I hurt another persons life.?  Who will be the judge?

In some lands the name of this is an arrest warrant.  If a judge writes an arrest warrant to hurt me and hurt my life by putting me in a jail and depriving me of life liberty and the pursuit of happiness, is this because I have deprived another person of life liberty and the pursuit of happiness?  If a judge were to write a death warrant, is this because I put another person to death?     

We cannot have police using lethal force to detain suspects, this is separate from justice.  They have the right to be seen under the law.  It is the law that protects the people of the land.  We must write law that stops police from having power to escape equal punishment under the law for the acts they commit in the United States of America. 

The power of one person over another is a strong big power.  When you give power to one person over another person it makes the one person stronger so that another person is not strong.  When you take another persons power away from them and hurt them this is injustice.  We need to give all due justice.  When you are talking about life it should be given all due justice.  Who wants to live in a land where life is not given all due justice. 

It is the power of one life over another person’s life. 

If I did something wrong and a person must judge me.  Who can give justice in a judgement over me?  Life is the only thing you have.  Why do you need to let another person have power over your life?  If your life is taken you will have lost the whole world.  It is clear danger anything that takes away life.  There is a glorious protection in something that stops your life from being taken away.  Something that saves your life.  Your life is everything in this world to you.  You cannot be here in this world when you don’t have a life.  We protect life and safeguard life from danger that takes it away from those whom it belongs to.

من هم رجال القاعدة في سوريا؟ Who are the men of al-Qaeda in Syria?

 

 تاريخ القاعدة. القاعدة هي المجموعة الأولى التي تم تصنيفها على أنها إرهابية. كانت الحرب بدأت. الحرب على الإرهاب. تم تسمية أول الإرهابيين المعروفين بالقاعدة. بدأ تنظيم القاعدة برجل اسمه أسامة بن لادن.

كان أسامة بن لادن يمول مجموعة مسلحة صغيرة. وقالت وكالة المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية إن صدام حسين دعا القاعدة إلى التسلح وإمدادها سرا عبر الحكومة العراقية. أراد صدام أن تقوم القاعدة بحرب الغوريلا. حتى لا ينسب الى دولة العراق. تولى الزرقاوي القيادة.

 وقالت وكالة المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية إن صدام حسين كان يعلم أنه قد يتعرض للغزو من قبل الأمريكيين. لقد وضع مخابئ سرية للأسلحة في جميع أنحاء الأرض في حالة غزو العاصمة. فيما بعد كان رجال صدام يسيطرون ويعلمون مخازن الأسلحة السرية. المتنكرين تحت راية القاعدة. كانت القاعدة معروفة بصلاتها المالية مع إيران.

 بعد سنوات ، قال الناس إن القاعدة جاءت إلى سوريا. من الواضح جدا والغريب من قالوا هو القاعدة.

إن تسمية الناس بالإرهابيين جاءت من حرب العراق والقاعدة. كما سميت الحرب على الإرهاب. يُنظر الآن إلى القاعدة على أنها مرادف لكلمة إرهابي. وفكرة أنه يمكنك تجريد كل شخص من حقوق الإنسان عندما تدعي أنه "إرهابي". يمكنك إنكار حقوق الإنسان لأي شخص من خلال تسميته بالإرهابي. إنها أداة. تجاوز تمثيل الشخص بموجب القانون.

جلبوا هذه الكلمة إلى سوريا. وبدأوا في استدعاء كل الأشخاص الخطأ بكلمة إرهابي.

The history of al-Qaeda.  Al-Qaeda is the first group who was named a terrorist.  The was a war initiated.  The war on terror.  The first terrorists known to man were named al-Qaeda.  Al-Qaeda started with a man named Osama bin Laden.  

Osama bin Laden was funding a small armed group.  The american central intelligence agency said Saddam Hussein invited al-Qaeda to be armed and supplied secretly through the Iraqi government.  Saddam wanted al-qaeda to do gurella warfare.  So that it would not be attributed to the State of Iraq.  Zarqawi took up leadership.  

The american central intelligence agency said Saddam Hussein knew he might be invaded by the Americans. He put secret caches of weapons throughout the land in case the capital were to be invaded.   Later Saddams men had control and knowledge of the secret weapons depots.  The disguised themselves under the banner of al-Qaeda.  Al-Qaeda was known for financial links to Iran.  

2003 the American government said Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction.  They were moved into Syria through secret tunnels.  The syrian regime was increasing their chemical weapons capabilities.  They were trying to produce long-range chemical warheads.  The syrian regime was trying to develop biological and chemical weapons of mass destruction. The syrian regime was helping transfer foreign men into the al-qaeda group across the syrian-iraqi border.  The syrian regime was acting as a recruitment transfer station from Syria into Iraq.  Al-Qaeda was supplied with men through assad's syrian regime.  Al-Qaeda's mission was to disable the progress of the new Iraqi government by systematically mass executing the police forces.  To threaten people from participating in the new government.  The american government said iraq and syria are doing the same thing.  Trying to make weapons of mass destruction and using terrorism.  

Years later, people said al-qaeda came to Syria.  Its very obvious and strange who they said was al-qaeda.  

The name-calling of people a terrorist came from the Iraq War and al-Qaeda.  It was also named the war on terror.  al-Qaeda is now thought of as a synonym of the word terrorist.  And the idea that you can strip away all of a person's human rights when you claim they are a "terrorist".  You can deny a person's human rights by naming them a terrorist.  Its a tool.  To bypass a person's representation under the law.  

They brought this word to syria.  And they started calling all the wrong people with the word terrorist.  

I would like to know.  Which of you men is living in syria and thinks he is al-Qaeda?  Did you get recruited by saddam hussein and take the secret weapons stash from the remnats of his regime?  Did you systematically mass kill the iraqi police forces during the formation of the new iraqi government?  Did you take new recruits from the border of iraq and syria with the help of the syrian regime?  Who are these men in Syria who are al-Qaeda?  Allahu akbar!

In islam it is sunnah that you make treaties with the people of the land. all people have the right to choose their religion.

there are foundational safeguards known.  you know the strength of a protection when you need it the most.  you realize how strong and how protective these are.  

the way to protect the land is with the law.  the law is made for the people because the land is made for the people.  the land is not made for governments. the government is a servant.  

there are some foundational things you know are the protection.  in the treaty between the people and the government in a land.  some of those things are: the freedom to talk.  

with the way of the freedom to talk.  is the freedom to think.  if you say you are not free to talk it is near to say you are not free to think.  

the freedom to talk.  this is sunnah.  

the freedom of religion.  this is sunnah.  

the freedom of writing.

the freedom of the press.

these are fundamental.  

islam is in harmony with those things. 

fundamental need in syria is those things.  those protections.  from the ability to talk. 

the first sign of danger from the regime and the first dangerous message from the regime is that you are not free to talk.  many people went to jail for the crime of talking. 

next you are not free to think.  then you are not free to live in this land.  

These are the fundamental needs of the people of the North Syria.  These are very connected with Islam and the Sunnah.

One day after we hear of american convoys with a big air space presence moving toward Azaz.  Next we hear of women in Afrin being detained with bombs attached to their bodies.  Very strange news.  Does not make any sense.  

Witnesses said there was a large number of airplanes.  With that number and all the noise they made.  That is not a team coming to extract a leader of islamic states.  The special operations teams are the ones who go and retrieve  high value people.  Targets.  They go in the dark of night secretly.  They extract quietly and return.  They will not ride in with engines roaring over the sky making a big scene.    My initial thought is they are escorting a commander and possibly a small battle group.  I feel Syria is a brother of Iraq.  The fight started in Iraq and moved into Syria.  We will not have the same fate as Iraq.  The americans are possibly chaning command.  That means they have a new mission.  The americans are an easy and strong advantage.  It is not to anyone's advantage to deny use of weapons when you have them.  They are an advantage.  They are easy to use.  The american army is very much attached to the law and the code of honor.  The low level army men are normal people.  The special forces have a greater rank and command.    They are very free on the battlefield.  The cia and the special forces have a great freedom on the battlefield.  They would act differently from normal army men.  That will be two different types of people you would be negotiating.  The american army is an easy tool to use.  Its not dangerous.  You can look to Iraq to see.  Look at Iraq and ask yourself what will be helpful to you.
