There are a handful of entities that have had a profound effect on the war in Syria.  The behavior of them demondrates that the war in Syria is a shell of an oil war.  That it has nothing to do with the rights of the people.  Or a better infrastructure of a country.  Its entirely just a bunch of international monopolists that have somehow in this world become so unregulated and so lawless towards the welfare of humanity that they are trying to legitimate the most profoundly aggressive and malicious behaviors.  Its malicious behaviors that they are trying to legitimize.  Several entities here.

The first entity is gennedy tymshenko.  Who is an old Russian man.  In 1990 he became friends with Vladimir putin.  They are oil traders.  They are trading oil in saint Petersburg.  He had engineering and construction companies.  They had a gas company named Stroytransgas.  They had several pipelines for Russian oil and gas.  So this guy gennedy tymshenko and his friend Vladimir putin back in 1990 decided to grab all of russias oil like its their personal oil supply.  To create pipelines to extend an oil empire. 

They built several pipelines including Nord Stream.  The north stream pipeline supplies gas from Russia to Europe and to Germany.  That was one they built.  They built these in the past thirty years.  These are thirty year old pipelines.  He was awarded contracts to build part of a gas pipeline to Egypt and two large gas processing plants. 

The Russian intervention helped change the fate of the revolutionary war.  The Russians were instrumental in protecting the dictatorship of assad.  Subsequently two more companies associated with these guys got major property in the phosphate sector of Syria.

Syria has several major industries that give all her wealth.  Gas and phosphate.  More recently the pharmaceutical industry in Syria has expanded into a multi-billion dollar trade.  Contributed mainly from the production of Captagon, the massive distribution of the product has facilitated a fifty billion dollar yearly trade for Syria.  You need to sell your product widely to make a billion dollars in one year.  The best way to do that would be to plug it into the healthcare system.  To get it to be prescribed by doctors.  Then you can sell a lot of pharmaceuticals. 

Soytransgaz is the name of the gas company owned by gennedy tymoshenko started to buy pieces of the phosphate industry.  Obviously the possession of the phosphate mines was important for the war in Syria.  After they conquered the territory of the phosphate mines in Syria they were given a percentage of the revenue and changed the name of the company operating the property.  2018 they sold soytransgaz gas to other fake businessmen in Moscow.  To hide the ownership.  Because it is a war conquest.  It is illegal under international law.  They were awarded three contracts for the phosphate mines.  They changed their name and won three contracts for business.  They took over the Syrian state fertilizer plant on the outskirts of Homs and Tartus.  Those are Syrias biggest phosphate mines. 

Next there is news and rumors of the people in Russia who are admitting this deal is to offset the cost of the military operation in Syria: “mining on exclusive terms”….  They will come help the dictator assad in power only if he will give them the rights to property.  They can take control and come into ownership of Syrian property.  And to mine it on their own terms.  Lawlessly.  This is property belonging to the State of Syria.  It was sold to Russian businessmen who changed their name to hide what they did.  Russian diplomats. 

 

 

Another company soytransgaz logistics got a fifty year contract at the same time, 2018.  It gave them the right to seventy percent of Palmayra’s phosphate deposit.  That is Syria’s largest phosphate deposit.  This is one of the top three industries trades of Syria.  Billion dollar revenues every year.  The biggest phosphate deposit in Syria in palmayra.  They were given seventy percent of the proceeds in 2018.  This guy, gennedy tymshenko.  Some friend of Vladimir putin who are oil traders. 

2009 Syria’s phosphate exports amounted to 3.2 million tons to the world markets.  Which made Syria occupy an advanced position in the world among phosphate exporting countries.  Syria was ranked number five on the list of phosphate exporting countries in the world in 2011.  When the revolution started Syria was number five in phosphate exports.  That is tremendous revenues from natural resources.  We ranked in the top five with India, Russia, Lebanon, Romania, Greece.  Kunayfis mines are sixty kilmeters southwest of palmayra.  The largest in Syria.  Sharkia mines are firty-five kilometers southwest palmayra.  The two mines are the main ones for the extraction of phosphate in Syria.  Those two mines gives Syria the number five position in the world for phosphate in 2011.  Before the lockdown of the country during the war.  The production capacity in 2009 was 2 million 600 tons. 

 

 

2017 is one year before the gas deals in Syria where putin and friends take control of Syria’s natural resources.  Of the phosphate mines and gas.  2017, an Iranian delegation comes to Damascus to write a plan to pay for the military operations that Iran was helping with. 

Damascus lost control of Syria because of the Free Syrian Army.  The free Syrian army was a spearhead for America.  They used to people because they gave them equipment and gave them orders.  A rogue army named Islamic state came to Syria and offered people money when they had no food.  Islamic state made a small government and offered people work in the city.  At that time the Islamic state took control of the city and the Free Syrian army left the city. 

The Islamic state came and took away the city from the free Syrian army.  The americans decided to wage war.  It gave the americans a legal framework to use drones.  The americans violated all the international laws of war and used drones.  To violate the prisoner of war status.  To prohibit the right to surrender.  This false legitimacy of using drone warfare is how they accomplished the partition of Syria.  The control system they have now in 2023 is a partition of the country of Syria into the hands of several foreign powers.  All of these evil acts are based on the continued recognition of sovereignty in Damascus.  Because if there is no sovereignty in Damascus he will have no right to say he can give a piece of the property belonging to the State of Syria to the hands of foreign powers. 

Next the Iranians sent in Hezbollah.  Hezbollah took the territory.  Years later after Hezbollah took the territory from Syrian people Iran came to Damascus and said because we protected you we want repayment.  The two parties agreed to pay off debts by giving Iran the Syrian phosphates.  They established a joint-business for that purpose.  It is a Syrian-iranian company supervising the extraction and export the production to iran.  2018 Syria signed over the right to operate phosphate mines in Sharkya, fifty kilometers south of the ancient city palmayra.  Under the Iranian contract the mines for phosphate in Syria which had given small Syria a top ranking among the world in Phosphate. 

Those now belong to a joint company, Iranian-syrian phosphate company.  The Kunayfis under the Iranian contract is the preferred site of extraction because it is rich in Uranium.  Irans atomic energy agency requested 800 thousand tons of phosphate, a rock from which uranium can be extracted.  The Syrian government must pay for the shipments to be sent to Tehran.  To supply part of the Uranium needed for irans nuclear industry they are extracting it from Syria’s phosphate mines.  Syria has a high quality of phosphate allowing a better result of Yellow Cake.  It is better than the low quality of uranium in the radioactive mines of Iran.  They asked for a annual shipment of phosphate to be sent to Tehran. 

2018 they exported 247 tons of phosphate, 7 billion Syrian pounds. They go through the directorate of phosphate loading storage in Tartous.    They also marketed 144 thousand tons to the general fertilizer business in Homs, 3.5 billion Syrian pounds in one year.  The total phosphate sales of 600 thousand tons, 11 billion Syrian pounds in one year.  A phosphate contract for 2.2 million tons annually was given to Russia.  So the Russians are the ones transporting the phosphate out of Homs and to the port of Tartous. 

Now onto the Syrian Gas Sector,

December 2019 the Syrian parliament passed agreements with two Russian companies to develop three blocks of gas and oil fields.  Total area is twelve thousand square kilometers of gas reserves.  Three-quarters of a trillion cubic meters.  There are serious contracts given to oil companies Velada and Mercury.  Approved through the Syrian parliament in 2019.  They had draft laws of contracts for oil and gas exploration and production approved for those two oil companies.  Russian oil companies.  Velada received block twenty-three.  These are in the ocean basin of the Mediterreanean Sea off the coast of Syria.  This is ocean drilling of gas blocks by the Russians in Syria.  The Mercury company received gas block seven and nineteen.  The minister of gas for Syria explained the block twenty-three is two thousand kilometers north of Damascus.  Block seven is 10 thousand square kilometers on the left bank of the Euphrates river. 

There was changing of the leadership of the companies and they changed the names of the companies to hide the names of the operators and their background.  Those two gas companies are one-hundred percent a fake business connected to Prigohen.  Wagners leader, Prigoshen, is secretly the owner of these gas blocks in Syria.  If you watch any wagner documentary they will say the wagner group was specifically designated as a military security force for Russian oil in foreign lands.  They could be disbatched to any war Russia needs.  A satellite security force for the Russian army.  The price and the payment for that work is that they will take ownership.  He has ownership.  Of these gas companies.  Wagner boss.  These companies have gas contracts for billions of dollars of Syrian oil.  The wagner guy thinks this is his property.  In Syria. 

Investigative journalist have been tracking his movement and revealed that the Wagner group has been employed to take over gas fields in exchange for property.  They are conquerers.  They are war criminals.  They have illegally seized foreign property in violation of international law.  They have degenerated.  They are not a normal functioning human being.  They are not capable of operating in a normal peaceful society.  They are unlawful.  They are not capable of obeying the law.  They are outcasts.  They are not peaceful.  They are malicious.  They cannot co-exist with lawful and peaceful societies.
